Thanks for your interest in my work! I used actuators purchased from Hebi Robotics (https://www.hebirobotics.com/) but I am not sure if they still sell the exact same kits. The methods in the paper are not specific to that set of hardware, though, and the bulk of the work was in the machine learning, which was all conducted in simulation.
