Closes #398.

  • Integrate notebook dependencies within the notebook instead of separating them to a requirements.txt file. That way a notebook is one for all, and more convenient for the users.
  • Add dev dependencies for the notebook usage.
  • Avoid duplicating information found in the spec notebook, use a link instead.
  • Delete the model_usage.ipynb.needs_update, probably was a leftover.
