In response to bigbio/proteomics-sample-metadata#454, this PR makes the following changes:
not_applicableforOntologyTerm, analogous tonot_available;not applicableforcomment[cleavage agent details](for top-down, imaging, etc.) and forcharacteristics[organism](for synthetic peptide libraries, etc.)No checking is done on whether the use of
not applicableis justified. Much more work would be needed to allow that.
