fixed Description UI in landing page #219
moved Description to next column and added extra column space
added truncate for long text and the text will be shown as tooltip

The description area has been moved under the project name and language name column
Relocated function displays properly in the Projects/Active and in Archived page
Long description is ended with 3 dots and hover over displays the whole text area
Project ID wrapping as expected

This PR is working as expected. This can be Merged @vipinpaul.
