Add support for architecture ppc64le. This is part of the Ubuntu distribution for ppc64le.
This helps us simplify testing later when distributions are re-building and re-releasing.
The build and test results are available at the below location.

We will be moving to github actions for all our repos by the end of the week.

Does github actions support that architecture?

At present we focused on hardware for the travis. Github Actions will have Power support in the future, we are working on this.
