Why are you making this change? Provide a short explanation and/or screenshots
Implemented status changes.
When a MineSpace user resubmits a project description in MineSpace from Change Requested, the application status should go to In Review.
When a Core user assigns a project lead, the status in Core should be Assigned but the status in MineSpace should stay as Submitted
