Riak smoke testing using client libraries

This is the first feature release for this repository. It includes roles for:

• configuring environments for PHP, Java, Node, Ruby and Go
• configuring Riak for client library functional tests
• smoke testing Riak against stable client libraries

It is compatible on Debian & RHEL based distributions of linux.
