Plano para a tradução v0

  1. Dar merge com toda a nova a infra de i18n mas esconder dos usuários que é possível usar /en e /es.
  2. Aparar arestas e terminar a tradução das APIs, área de usuário, etc.
  3. Fazer todo o redirecionamento de URLs.
  4. Liberar acesso de website traduzido.
