About The Project

We are trying to solve illegal logging problem which is a real problem not only for Indonesia but also for the rest of the world. So We made 2 apps, we name it Guifena and Guifena Transmitter. The Guifena app will be used by the forest ranger, and the main purpose is to receive real-time alerts when there is illegal logging activity going on. The Guifena Transmitter will be used as an audio sensor that will be installed in trees and listen to the forest. The audio will be send to Google Cloud for ML processing.

Getting Started

Installation

1. Download Guifena Application Download
2. Install on your Android devices.
3. Guifena Transmitter will record the audio at the forest.
4. You will receive notification and alert if the audio sent is a chainsaw sound.
5. Guifena app will display the detail of the incident.
6. You can see all sensors location on the map.
