Recovery BootStrap for Motrola Bravo (KOBE) including CWM recovery

Ported from Koush's CWM and Tenfar's Defy Recovery.

Much thanks to Tenfar for all his help getting this working.

This is a work in progress and doesnt currently work.  Do not try to compile
this and use it on your phone, you will end up with a brick.  There is no SBF
file out so its recommended you dont try to use this at all until I report back
that its tested working and done.
