v1.0.0 Release - The Big One

Well, here's the big v1.0.0 release! I know some bugs have definitely slipped through, but ROSE is ready for prime time in its core use case. There's still many exciting things on the horizon, so stay tuned!

Massive respect to all of our new collaborators on the project but I'd like to make a special shout out to @odell -- ROSE wouldn't exist without his tireless efforts and wouldn't be nearly as good without his strong leadership.
