There is a similar plugin from ma11hewthomas, now mirrored into this npm package

As the creator has deleted the original package, it would be nice to add this action as backstage plugin, I started to integrate the old plugin into my fork

A little help would be appreciated to proper follow the best practices and proper testing of a backstage plugin
