Indicators page throws error: ['Dataset LOCA has no data for model(s) ']

On occasion when loading the page and some charts.

This is due to the combination of:

• IndicatorService.getData should handle null and empty string for models param climate-change-components#27
• Remove the 'models' Input from ModelModalComponent climate-change-components#28

Upgrading to a version of components that addresses the two above issues should fix this problem.

Seeing indeterminate errors of this kind from series of cancelled queries that are then followed by a valid query that returns data. Issue seems to be have to do with spurious queries being fired before all controls/parameters have settled.
