chore(package): update tailwindcss and remove postcss config

Updated Tailwind CSS to the latest beta version and added the CLI as a dev dependency. Removed the PostCSS configuration file since it's no longer needed with the new setup. Adjusted how CSS is processed in the HTML template to use Tailwind's built-in functionality.
