Get GameMe

The first release of GameMe in now available. GameMe is an ATutor Gamification Module. Use the default game elements it offers, or customize course specific game elements like events, levels, badges, alerts, and a leaderboard, to tailor gamification to each course. Visit these resources, for all the details, and read on below for a list of features.

GameMe Features

GameMe is available both as an addon module for ATutorSpaces sites, and as a downloadable addon module for standalone ATutor installations. ATutor administrators can install it now using the ATutor Module Manager.

GameMe is currently available in English and Spanish. Contact ATutor or visit the Translator Forum if you would like to help translate GameMe into other languages.

Here is a list of most GameMe features:

Administrators

  • Create and maintain default events, levels, and badges
  • Enable/Disable instructor customizing of default game elements

Instructors

  • Customize course specific events, levels, alerts, and badges
  • Enable/Disable a variety of game elements within courses
  • Review user participation and accomplishments

Students

  • Earn points with course participation and progress through levels
  • Collect badges for course accomplishments
  • Receive alerts and clues by email when badges are issued
  • Review the activity log, strategize for points and badges, and compete with classmates
  • View points, badges, and levels in the GameMe Student Panel or in a side-menu block
