BTree 5.0 will concentrate on benchmarking and performance improvements.

Currently, some of BTree's public methods are included because of performance considerations. Some of these are likely to be disproven or fixed, making a subset of these methods superfluous — hence, I expect the public API to be simplified, making this a major release with source-breaking changes.
