Revamp basic usage tutorial #270

This tutorial is the most critical since I expect ~99% of people will follow this to see how to use harmonic.

Let's make this basic usage example use flows.

We should also inspect the evidence result in log space (since we will remove the non-log quantities in #249 as they may under-/over-flow).

I wonder whether we should consider a slightly more complex example than a Guassian? May not be necessary.
