I'd like to move Mantl away from a hyperkube based build, so we need to build binaries, instead of a docker container (see MustWin/kubernetes#10).

I have a branch in the works at https://github.com/siddharthist/kubernetes-packaging/tree/feature/binaries. Contributions are welcome!
