Instructions while setting up on local

• install anaconda
• install python
• install node
• conda create --name <env_name>
• cd TechMates/FlaskServer
• pip install -r requirements.txt
• Start flask server @ python api/index.py
• cd TechMates/UI
• Start node server @ npm install, npm start

Instruction if used directly from the UI

Add your OPENAI_API_KEY in the UI and you're good to go.
