issues related to paddle have been fixed in paddle nightly build, update settings here

• paddle.einsum is broken in dev version, and breaks tests in einops PaddlePaddle/Paddle#63927 has been fixed by fix einsum issue PaddlePaddle/Paddle#67588, so it's possible to use nightly build now.

• paddle has established a dedicated pypi index repository, updated the command for install paddlepaddle nightly build.

• explicitly exclude Jupyter Notebook in ruff configuration. Since ruff 0.6.0, ruff will lint and format Jupyter Notebook by default, this behavior will cause docs/*.ipynb failed in ruff >= 0.6.0 setting. Probably we can fix these linting errors in separated PR.

Thanks for putting this together @jzhang533

I won't add nightly/development versions in CI anymore, as it is too fragile to depend on a number of nightly builds from different teams, let's wait for when it is in stable channel.

Thanks for investigating ruff formatting issue too.

Hey @jzhang533 ,

all PRs were auto-closed after I switch master -> main.

After next einops release is out, paddle team should test einops integration CI, so things were tested before they break:

pip install einops pytest numpy paddle
python -m einops.tests.run_tests numpy paddle

(again, wait for next release for this to work)
