This release is to make ocusagecharts compatible with owncloud 8.0.
As it seems, only translation tags are required for updating.

Bugfixes and French Text

• Display fullname instead of uid in graphs

NOTE: Made it 0.3.2.1 because the versioning in the chart is updated to 3.2, and 3.3 would be a larger mismatch.
Future versioning will be consistent.
