Unofficially yes. But from official POV I'd keep 1 userspace flavor per distro only. Also this way we can avoid having to touch this again in near future.

Period of supporting botj jammy and noble will be stretch over months if not year. Even ubuntu support both. With debian is the same. When trixie become stable, OMV will only provide stable on bookworm ... And we can't say bookwork is csc ... "1 to 2" leaves this in grey zone. Which is better than beeing too strict. I think it does not costs us much.
