Description

DTS for Orange Pi 3B v1.1 and v2.1 have landed in kernel v6.11. Removing existing DTS for v1.1 and switching to mainline DTS.

How Has This Been Tested?

  • v1.1 board: Not tested. Request board owners to test and report.
  • v2.1 board:
    • Build command: ./compile.sh build BOARD=orangepi3b BRANCH=edge BUILD_DESKTOP=yes BUILD_MINIMAL=no DESKTOP_APPGROUPS_SELECTED= DESKTOP_ENVIRONMENT=gnome DESKTOP_ENVIRONMENT_CONFIG_NAME=config_base KERNEL_CONFIGURE=no KERNEL_GIT=shallow RELEASE=noble
    • Successfully booted to desktop
    • For each boot, wifi could not be enabled about 50% of the time. Other than that, no major issues found.
