Hello @aprxi! I'd like to propose adding Flower to a new subcategory under Decentralized AI. Here's my PR for it.
Disclaimer: I'm from Flower Labs and this is our open-source framework for doing federated learning. I think it's pretty cool and useful for the broader community as one of the new ways of working with AI. Lmk if you have any suggestions, happy to edit accordingly. Thanks!
