Changes

• Adding feature no transaction when stock is less then or equal to zero
• Fix issue payment still works with payment less then the total sale
• Fix multi prices issue on cashier
• Fix double spin box will select all when clicked using mouse
• Fix wrong calculation buy price average when the current stock is negative
• Fix non stock transaction update will not change the creator of the transaction
