CHANGESlog.CLI is useful and released as schedule, but as SSH relative codes are included, sometimes, image CVE scanning could trigger a red alarm due to SSH CVEs. This could scare users, but OAP is actually safe.
To avoid confusing, if users need CLI, they could download from https://skywalking.apache.org/docs/#SkyWalkingCLI
