Download the project, install @angular/cli
npm install -g @angular/cli
Open terminal and navigate to the project path and run
npm install
Once its successfully complete Follow the Development Server step below
Run ng serve for a dev server. Navigate to http://localhost:4200/. The app will automatically reload if you change any of the source files.
