Fix roledef migration content types & register the Organization model (…
…#2228) Signals were fixed in a previous PR to handle content types for roledefs, but this also fixes the migration functions. Now there should no longer be a galaxy.auditor roledefinition, only a "Platform Auditor". Users could also not access the role_user_assignment endpoint because the dab rbac code called into a function of the Organization model that only exists if it's registered into the permission registry.
