To be able to play well with cordova-plugin-code-push, the versions of Android's dependencies were upgraded:

com.google.firebase:firebase-messaging: 19.0.0;
com.google.gms:google-services: 4.3.3;
com.android.tools.build:gradle: 3.5.3.
