1. Support to 5.6.0, 5.6.1 and 5.6.2. the build system now supports 5.4.1, 5.5.0, 5.5.1, 5.6.0, 5.6.1 and 5.6.2 versions
2. AOCL_ROOT based dependency fetching added, which is optional. Backward compatibility to USER_PROVIDED paths to libraries and headers still exists. Refer README for more details
3. Synchronized to upstream changes
4. Add Notices and update MUMPS versions supported in README
