Allows us to put it back in to help debug student code. It is commented out to allow us to have stuff for later
- allows state to be managed by CatalogPage - allows Alert to be managed here - updated route to call CatalogPage - CatalogRepository no longer returns a promise.
- Added alert - added class panel panel-default
- Houses come from HouseStore.
