Tackle a couple of feature requests and bug fixes:
#11 - Resolved the video blips (fluctuations)
#14 - Add strictness control for the NSFW detection
#17 - Blurry start for pictures
#13 - Not totally replacing it, rather using a different approach with queues while prioritizing the currently viewed items
And other minor tweaks like age limit, adding feedback form, etc.
