Feature suggestion: Have domain-specific configurations

I find myself really needing this feature.
I often want to have different sensitivity levels, different blur/unblur options depending on the website I am visiting.

It'd be great if the settings were not global for all, as it's difficult to have a one size fits all approach for the different websites.
