Add a feature to temporarily pause (.e.g. for 30 minutes, until the URL changes or on a specific URL). Can be based on:

  1. Domain, or..
  2. Current URL (instead of the whole domain; can be used to temporary pause on a youtube video until the URL changes (e.g. you click another video))
