ref #132 - too lazy to deal with git

I went through and changed the look of the game a bit. I think it looks prettier, but who knows...

• Buttons were flattened out
• serif was changed to sans-serif
• JOIN/SPECTATE was changed to CamelCase - random survey seemed to agree.
• Stylesheet Changer, perhaps people could upload new stylesheets? Old style sheet option is included.
• XHTML => HTML5, w3c compliance checks out. ( resolves Switch Doctype to HTML5 #112 )
• Chat length changed to 250.
• redesign viewcards.jsp
• 95% of correspondents preferred the [User]: instead of or [User], so I've made that change. (well, 95.33 but rounding :P )
• Merged pr:7 ( Resolved: Too many played cards will cover hand #135 ) into my own branch to test for any possible conflicts. Didn't find any. @TwistedAkai
• Things that somehow fixed themselves with the UI changes:
  Single row of cards sometimes wraps last card #94 "Large" black cards causing issues? #74 (cards are a bit tighter and smaller)

All appropriate changes have already been made to match up with the latest commit.

To anyone using this new UI, I'm having an issue where it doesn't put you in the game chat when joining a game, you stay in the global chat. Has anyone found a solution? Thanks

It's probably because I changed up the jQuery version used. Changing the jQuery include version to the original will probably fix your issue, but might break the theme switcher.

I know this is super old by now, but I've grabbed this, rebased it onto current master, and fixed the merge conflicts. I like it, but not enough to take it without a few minor tweaks that I want to push onto the back burner for now. I may revisit this in a couple weeks.
