Document IBC Testing with Emerynet and Local Chain in the README

The process for performing IBC transfers between Emerynet and a Local chain, as implemented in #1, needs to be documented in the README file. This documentation will help ensure clarity and ease of use for future reference.

Documentation should include the following steps:

• Setting Up the Local Chain
  Detail the necessary prerequisites and steps to start a local chain.

• Running the Hermes Relayer
  Explain how to start the Hermes relayer and any necessary command line stuff.

• Performing an IBC Transfer
  Provide a step-by-step guide on executing an IBC transfer from Emerynet to the local chain and vice versa, including the commands and parameters needed.

• Checking Wallet Balances
  Describe how to verify the balances on the wallets associated with both chains post-transfer.
