Update LICENSE from GPL to MIT

Because of the nature of the project, the project `bikram` shall be licensed as MIT License starting from version 2.x.x. 

To sum up
MIT allows the usage of the project in 
-  Commercial use
 - Distribution
 - Modification
 - Private use
 while maintaining the License and copyright notice

However doesn't take any responsibility of
- Liability
- Warranty
