⬆️ Release new input-text, css-value-input, dropdown

changes include:
• @acusti/input-text: improve the auto-sizing behavior for multi-line inputs that initially get rendered with display: none (e.g. in a HTML popover or dialog) and update the native HTML autofocus attribute on render if needed
• @acusti/css-value-input: update to latest version of @acusti/input-text
• @acusti/dropdown: update to latest version of @acusti/input-text
