fix: live updates for board bios

bugs that this fixes:

• when going to about page directly, it doesn't seem to load
• seems to be using cached version of bios.csv even though network request is being made to gsheets

todo

• should probably cache this instead so it updates every 24 hours instead of doing api calls every time but i dont expect it do get more than 300 requests/min so eh
• make this done with a service account for google perms
