differences of end of line character between unix and windows causes problem for git, this commit will fix and stabilize that

Closes #175. Şu an için sadece CASL dosyaları oluşturuldu. Eğer istenir ise, API route'larının permission'larını, authz policy'lerini belirleyip controller'lara implement edebilirim. Bu konu için konuşabiliriz.
