Yggdrasil Linux/GNU/X is a Linux distribution created in 1992 by Yggdrasil Computing, Incorporated, a company founded by Adam J. Richter in Berkeley, California.1 It is one of the first Linux distributions ever made and is one of the first Linux distributions to offer the X window system and a graphical live CD.
