Migrate module to voxpupuli

Hey @abrader as it seems from #44 you are not actively supporting this module anymore, but we need some important fixes in it.
Therefore I propose to migrate this module to voxpupuli, if you would like to have help with the process let me know.

+1 to migrating this to voxpupuli. I know of several folks using and relying on this module and it would be nice to be able to move forward with some of the open pull requests.

I have tried to contact @abrader via multiple mechanisms and he has not responded. Is there a way voxpupuli can do a 'hostile takeover' of this project?

@bschonec I dont use puppet since a couple of years anymore, so I dont know how the process by voxpupuli evolved over the time. But if I were you and you have the time and need for that I would contact the voxpupuli mailing list if they could help you with forking this module.
