Optimizes control loop rate setting for good Nav2 performance.
Enables all the relevant plugins and Nav2 Goal button in rviz via:

  - Class: slam_toolbox::SlamToolboxPlugin
    Name: SlamToolboxPlugin
  - Class: nav2_rviz_plugins/Navigation 2
    Name: Navigation 2

Documents use of the entire system for autonomous navigation.
