Runs black on codebase
Adds CONTRIBUTING.md, seeing there are many pull requests :)
Adds pre-commit-config.yaml that checks for black formatting & flake8 checking before commit
Changes = to == for pyngrok and adds other requirements namely pre-commit, black & flake8
Updates README to add video url & Amit's blog
