AA2Snowflake v1.2

Changelog:

• Added the ability to edit some character information in the card replacer
• Added an AA2Edit card resolution patcher
• Added a roster background changer
• Added even more options to the pose editor
• Preliminary support for append personalities

Some notes about this build:

• I've fixed all bugs (or at least attempted to) from last build
• The bio editor in the card replacer has double capacity than what the maker or even ReiEdit supports due to proper encoding calculations
• The resolution patcher is still experimental so keep a backup of any .exes you intend to patch

Please note that this is a constantly changing program so there might be bugs that I don't know about
