This bumps most of the dependencies to resolve critical security vulnerabilities. It updates to the latest Clerk and Pinecone SDKs which have some breaking changes. The Dockerfile is also updated to run on the LTS Node version.
Updating the remaining dependencies is more work because several SDKs have been deprecated.
