HidHide Integration!

Now that HidHide is released and has a command line interface, I've added a new feature. When 'Hide DS4 Controller' is clicked in the settings menu, your controller's info is passed on to hidhide and blocked automatically. No need to add controllers to it anymore.

Version 3.0.11-EX

This version is mostly exactly like regular D4W, but has Exclusive mode added back in. This one also applies a few extra bugfixes that @Ryochan7 has not yet added into the main branch, including some related to mouse wheels and sticks.

This version is contains some parts that may be work in progress. If you find a major or minor bug with this particular version, use 3.0.9 instead.

Version 2.1.15-Ex

Version 2.1.15 of RyoChan's DS4Windows, but commit Ryochan7@783102f has been removed.

This version of DS4WinEx includes changes that have not been put into the main DS4Win Release, so it may have some issues. Next update, I'll wait until a release has been made before re-adding Exclusive Mode.
