Update README, add instructions for Fedora, make instructions more clear, remove the redundant venv instructions

Thanks for the commands for DNF based distros, but the venv commands are required for many users to setup things properly, as the new linux kernals, specially ubuntu ones are now giving system wider errors when installing pip packages!

It seems to work for me on Fedora. I'll do some testing on a couple Ubuntu-based distros to make sure it works there too. If not I'll refactor the instructions for the venv
