Release 3.0.1

Second alpha release of the 3.0.0 branch

There's been major changes, including:

Removed all the bot and shortener code, wich was untested, unused and until the new bot is out, unnecesary
Fixed lots of interface issues, it's now usable and nice
Fixed Jackett integration with stream commands
New documentation
Made libtorrent optional
