Update for core 3.0

No major issues have been encountered, so off we go...

New features:

• [+] New Urban Dictionary source
• [+] Allow Telegram users to use the aggregator module (works similarly to IRC)

Bugs fixed:

• [!] Sources can no longer send multiline messages and flood the bot.

Internal changes:

• [*] Update components for core 3.0.

Known issues:

• [*] The module should be made async (or at least, the sources).

Initial release

First stable release as it has proven its reliability now.
